3. Education and Awareness: We will provide employees with accurate and up-to-date information on COVID-19 vaccines, their benefits, and potential risks. This will enable them to make informed decisions about vaccination.

4. Workplace Safety Measures: Regardless of vaccination status, we will continue to implement safety measures such as regular sanitization, social distancing, and mask-wearing in accordance with public health guidelines.

5. Vaccination Support: We will support employees who choose to get vaccinated by offering flexible scheduling for vaccine appointments and recovery time, if needed.

6. Vaccine Incentives: As part of our commitment to employee health, we may offer incentives to encourage vaccination, such as paid time off for getting vaccinated.

7. Accommodations for Medical Conditions or Religious Beliefs: We will consider reasonable accommodations for employees with medical conditions or religious beliefs that prevent them from getting vaccinated. Such accommodations will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Reporting Vaccination Status: Employees will be encouraged to voluntarily disclose their vaccination status. This information will be kept confidential and will only be used for internal safety planning.
